The Reebok Men's Training 75cm two tone gym ball is a highly versatile piece of fitness apparatus designed to increase core strength and work on posture, balance, flexibility and general fitness. The two-tone stability ball has a double-coated rubber base that delivers more stability to keep you balanced when exercising, and it is great for performing efficient drills such as crunches, the plank, tricep dips, shoulder curls, squats and more. Switch on the workout DVD that comes with the Swiss ball to be inspired further and use it in confidence knowing that it is made from durable hi-density rubber with anti-burst technology for slow deflation in case of damage. A pump is supplied with the larger 75cm (29.8") fitness ball which is suited to users who are 188cm (6'2") or taller and allows a maximum user weight of 110kg (242.5lbs).
