Discover the sophistication of organic Japanese black tea. It's a tea characterised by a mellow sweetness, like Japanese green tea. We've been aware for a long time that quality is very important so we took three years to choose the plantations where we're buying our tea. From cultivation to harvesting, these teas are made by nature itself, without any chemicals or artificial fertilizers. Our preparation advice: put one (or more) tea spoon in your filter or tea infuser then brew for three to 5 minutes in hot water (around 90°C). Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Best before: one year from production date.
